• What is the Return Policy
  

Our return policy is only applicable for defective items. We do not provide refunds for perfectly fine items. 

• How long can I keep my order before returning it?

We ask you return your items to us in an unused and saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.

• Do you offer exchanges?

In case the chosen size does not fit it may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the items . Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed.

• how to return and when will i get my refund?

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. 
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. 
3. Drop off your package at the local post office. 
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original payment method.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
